As a young boy Joe could be found at the gallery while his friends were out playing sport and at the age of sixteen he was taken on as an assistant cleaner.
Joe's passion has lead him to his current position where his unwaivering commitment the gallery and the community has made him a well known public figure in Liberty City.
It is through Joe's determination and influence that the gallery has been able to display some of it's most memorable exhibits.
